Data controller
Eyer Juridik AB (organisation number 559599-1489), Gothenburg, Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed in connection with this website. Contact: info@businesslawsweden.com
What we process and why
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide — such as your name, company, contact details and a description of your matter — in order to respond to your enquiry and to carry out conflict checks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where an assignment follows, the performance of a contract and our legal obligations, including under Swedish anti-money laundering legislation. This website has no active contact form and does not collect or store enquiries.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for no longer than 12 months, and are deleted earlier when no longer needed, unless retention is justified for conflict checks or legal claims. Information relating to assignments is kept in accordance with our client-file retention practices and legal obligations.
Recipients and service providers
We do not sell personal data. This website is hosted by Lovable, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs when pages are delivered. Emails sent to us are handled by our email provider, [inbox provider for info@businesslawsweden.com — to be confirmed].
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
