Based in Gothenburg, with a visiting address in Stockholm, the firm assists international clients with Swedish business law, commercial contracts, corporate matters and dispute resolution.

Our approach combines legal analysis with an understanding of our clients' commercial objectives. We aim to provide clear, practical advice and effective representation in Swedish legal matters.

Our focus

We advise foreign companies, entrepreneurs, investors and business owners on Swedish law — commercial contracts, corporate matters, debt recovery and business disputes, including representation before Swedish courts and in arbitration.

Our work concerns Swedish law. We do not have offices outside Sweden and do not advise on the law of other countries. Where a matter involves another jurisdiction, we work alongside our clients' advisers there.

How we work

Clients receive advice in English that sets out the Swedish legal position, the practical options and the associated risks. We aim to identify deadlines and procedural requirements early, as these often determine the outcome of commercial matters in Sweden.

Before taking on an assignment, we carry out conflict checks and, where required, customer due diligence in accordance with Swedish anti-money laundering rules. Terms and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
